Welcome to ProLedo Global (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website https://proledo.com/, our IT consulting services, our support packages, and our automated systems (including WhatsApp and Meta application integrations).
By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or website.

1. Scope of Services
ProLedo Global provides professional IT consulting, architecture, and deployment services, including but not limited to:
Solution Architecture & Concept Design (from initial concept to MVP);
Technical Project Management & Strategic Leadership;
Infrastructure Audit, Design & Optimization;
Workflow & Process Automation;
Data Security, Backup & Compliance Advisory;
On-Demand Remote IT Support & SLA Management.
Specific project deliverables, timelines, and payment terms will be detailed in separate, mutually agreed-upon statements of work (SOW) or service level agreements (SLAs) signed directly between us and the client.

2. Consultations and Bookings
Free Consultations: We offer a complimentary, one-time “Free 30-Minute Call” for new prospects. These sessions are strictly advisory and do not establish a binding engineering agreement.
On-Demand Sessions: Any dedicated technical support sessions or emergency consultations purchased directly through our online store must be paid for in advance.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

3. WhatsApp and Automated Communications
If you opt-in to receive automated notifications or use our WhatsApp support tools:
You agree to receive automated messages, system alerts, and project updates on your designated phone number.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our communication channels if we detect abusive, automated spamming, or fraudulent behavior.

4. Intellectual Property
ProLedo Materials: All content, designs, methodologies, blueprints, software code, and graphics displayed on our website or provided in our educational resources are the property of ProLedo Global and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Client Deliverables: Unless otherwise specified in a signed SOW, once full payment is received, ownership of any custom-designed software code or architectural configurations built specifically for your business will transition to you. We retain the right to use our pre-existing libraries, scripts, and general engineering methodologies.

5. Limitation of Liability and “All Lights: Green!” Standard
While we configure and optimize your environments to meet the rigorous “All lights: Green!” standard of maximum resilience, uptime, and security, you acknowledge that:
IT infrastructures are subject to external hosting dependencies, third-party software changes, and cyber threats beyond our reasonable control.
ProLedo Global shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, server downtime, or data loss) resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our systems or recommendations.
We strongly advise all clients to maintain continuous, verified independent backups.

6. Third-Party Integrations
Our services and workflows utilize third-party tools and platforms (such as Meta Platforms, Inc., AWS, VMware, and others). Your use of those integrations is subject to their respective terms and conditions. ProLedo Global is not responsible for any malfunctions or policy changes initiated by these third-party systems.

7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post any updates directly on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
