To request that we delete your personal data, communication logs, or WhatsApp automation records, please follow these steps:

- Provide Identification: In your message, please provide the email address or phone number you used to interact with our services (e.g., the phone number used for our WhatsApp automation). This allows us to accurately locate your record.
- Alternative Option: You can also submit a formal deletion request directly through our Contact Page by using our secure online form.
What Happens Next?
Upon receiving your request:
- We will verify your identity to ensure security.
- We will permanently delete your associated personal data, chat transcripts, and database configurations from our production systems and integration queues within 30 business days.
- Any connected Meta application credentials or user identifiers on our WhatsApp business portal will be completely dissociated and cleared.
- Once the deletion process is complete, we will send you a confirmation email.
